Women's  Self Defence and Violence Prevention Workshop

Krav Maga Australia is delivering one of the best women's Self Defence and Violence Prevention workshops you will ever do.

This workshop will cover the following components designed to keep yourself and others safe:

• Self-Awareness - Discover your own coping mechanism under stressful conditions.
• Methods of maintaining environmental and situational awareness without creating paranoia.
• Learn to identify behavioural red flags for predatory behaviour.
• Learn how to apply de-escalation strategies
• Learn and Practice some 'fun' hands on drills that will enhance your self-defence ability and self-empowerment, without you having to memorise self-defence techniques that require a high degree of athleticism to perform.
• *Plus more, in a safe and comfortable environment.

This workshop will be run by our directors Dave & Shellé Friedman who have a lifetime of personal safety and other related training and experience including being trauma informed coaches.

Attendees must be 14 yrs and over, all attendees under 18 to be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
